Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zavrix.in with your order details.  Our team will review your request and share the return process.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
